The Gift Card program is being operated by The Customer Connection, a California corporation (“TCC”) that specializes in gift card management programs. All data regarding the Gift Card is maintained, secured and managed by TCC.
The value of any purchased Gift Card expires five years from date of issue for the amount applied. If new amounts are loaded to a purchased Gift Card, those amounts are available for five years from date the additional amounts were added to the purchased Gift Card. If the Gift Card is promotional in nature (was not purchased with cash or points), the value on the Gift Card will expire after one year of date of issue. Gift Cards may be reloaded with values from $5 to $500; a single gift card cannot exceed $500 in value. A promotional Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

You also agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by you, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. You also agree that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
