The time slot you select is your planned boarding time for the London Eye, however this doesn't guarantee that you will be on the London Eye at the time selected, but are within our boarding area. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your time slot, so that you have plenty of time to collect your tickets and visit our 4D Cinema experience. The next step you have to take before you start spinning the reels is to set an amount you want to invest in playing your preferred slot game. The best way to determine the right amount is to multiply the number of credits by the number of spins. People have to have that group programmed in their radio and listening on THAT group and THAT assigned Time Slot. Q: How do I know what time slot and talk groups to use? A: The repeater owner (be it a group, club or individual) has the final say on what Talk Group is used on what Time Slot. You need to go to them and only them to find the info.

How do I buy tickets?
2020 tickets are now on sale HERE. You may also purchase them on site at our box office on nights that we are open, though tickets will be limited, so we advise purchasing them online in advance. We have a limited capacity for each night, so purchasing your tickets online in advance is the only way to ensure that you will be able to attend on the night that you arrive.
What is different that I need to know for 2020?
The main differences from years past that we want everyone to be aware of are:
- Timed Ticketing – All guests purchasing tickets will be required to choose a date and a time slot during which they will attend. You must use your ticket only on this day and time. Anyone purchasing tickets on site will be automatically assigned the next available time slot for that night, if available.
- Limited Capacity – We will be limiting the amount of patrons that we can put through the shows each night. Each time slot will have a certain amount of tickets available, and once they are sold out, we can not allow any more customers in for the night. As a result, our box office may close earlier than the listed time. In addition, we can only have 300 guests inside the building at one time, so more of the waiting will be outside than usual, so please dress accordingly.
- Digital Tickets – All tickets purchased, online or on site, will be delivered digitally via email. So, you must have a means of accessing your tickets once you have purchased them. We will scan all tickets, either on your phones, or on tickets printed from your email.
- Smaller Groups – We will not be allowing groups larger than 8 to go through the haunts. If you come to our attraction with a group larger than 8, you must split up into two groups.
- Last Call – We must stop selling alcohol at 10pm each night due to Governor DeWine’s order.
What is your COVID-19 Safety Plan?
We have implemented many different safety precautions to make a visit to our attraction as safe as possible for our guests and employees. Here are some bullet points:
- Daily health check for all staff
- Staff and patrons required to wear face coverings
- Timed Ticketing
- Sanitation Stations throughout the attraction
- Socially distant queue lines
- Contact-Free ticketing
- Limited capacity to allow for social distancing among groups

What will the Friday the 13th show be like in 2020?
In an effort to protect our staff and customers we will be running only 3 of our shows for this event, and you may notice a reduced number of actors so as to help with social distancing. You will experience these 3 shows for Friday the 13th:
Industrial Nightmares, Lafayette 13, and Massacre on Mahoning
The new midway and ALL bars will be open for this event. Midway opens at 6pm, alcohol sales stop at 10pm.
What is Fast Pass Admission?
A Fast Pass admission allows you to bypass all general admission lines during your time slot.
If I buy tickets online do I have to use them the same day?
In order to help us control the crowd size each night for safety reasons for this event, you will be required to choose a time slot when purchasing tickets online. Your tickets MUST be used for that particular time slot and you will NOT get in until the time on your ticket. If you purchase tickets on site, you will automatically be assigned a ticket for the for the next available time slot, if available.
Do I need to print my tickets?
If you have a smartphone, we are able to scan the tickets from your phone. Printed tickets are also accepted.
What are you doing for people who bought Luck of the Dead tickets that could not be used in March 2020?

I bought my tickets online, do I still have to wait in the box office line when I get to the Factory of Terror or do I go directly into the attraction?
If you have online tickets, printed or on your smartphone, you may bypass the ticket booth line and go directly to the line at the attraction entrance. However, you will NOT be able to enter the attraction until the time on your ticket, so you do not need to queue up if you have a much later time slot. Please have your ID ready as we will check IDs for all online tickets at the door.
However, if you wish to upgrade to Fast Pass or have any other questions or changes, you must first either report to the ticket booth, or click the Upgrade button on our ticketing site.
Does my ticket get me into all 5 attractions, or do I need to buy a separate ticket for each haunt?
One general admission ticket will garner you entry into all attractions that are open on that particular night. (For 2020, we will not be opening all 5 attractions each night that we are open. See question above for details.)
Are the escape rooms or axe throwing included with the haunted house?
The escape rooms and axe throwing are an additional charge separate from the haunted house and must be reserved in advance. To book a room with Escape Canton, visit www.escapecanton.com (the escape rooms are not open at the moment, and we don’t plan on opening them during the Haunted House season.) Can I make a reservation?
You are able to reserve your day & time slot now online.

What forms of payment do you accept at the box office?
We accept cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. However, all credit/debit transactions at the box office will have a $1 service fee included the ticket price. We also have an ATM on site for your convenience.
Do you take credit and debit cards at the box office?
Yes. We take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. However, if you use a credit or debit card at the box office, there is a $1 service fee per transaction included in the ticket price.
Do you take Apple Pay & Samsung Pay?
Yes. We take both Apple Pay & Samsung Pay at the box office, bars, and merchandise stand.
Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No, your ticket is for one entry only. However, if you are a Season Pass holder, you may enter as many times as you wish, though you must visit the box office each time in order to obtain a new ticket.
What about season pass holders? How do we reserve our day & time slot?

Season pass holders and their guests do not have to reserve a day or time slot. Just show up and head to the box office to obtain your entry ticket and purchase your buddy passes for the night. We will always make room for our season pass holders regardless whether or not we have sold out for the night.
If I buy my ticket right before the ticket booth closes, will I still be able to get into the show?
Yes. Every ticketed guest will make it through all of the attractions open on that particular night. However, our box office may close early due to attendance capacity limits, so you may not be able to purchase a ticket if you arrive close to the listed closing time.
